A visionary leader with more than 20 years of experience, Ryan has guided organizational transformation, operational strategy, executive teams, and community partnerships across education, nonprofit, ministry, and private-sector organizations.
He advises clients on leadership strategy, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, communications, and change management. Ryan is recognized for building high-performing cultures, navigating complex organizational challenges, and leading with integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence. He is a trusted advisor to executive leaders, governing boards, elected officials, and community stakeholders.
A native of Chicago, Ryan holds a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota Morris.

She is known for her ability to manage complex operations with precision, serving as a master scheduler who aligns multiple calendars, priorities, and workflows across teams and projects.
Jennifer brings extensive experience in administrative and operational leadership, overseeing areas such as rental and leasing management, HR and payroll, building use and compliance, and board coordination. Her work centers on problem-solving, client engagement, and helping organizations ideate and strategize through challenges with clarity and confidence.
An Ojibwe tribal member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Jennifer holds a BA in Sociology, Native American Studies, and Social Science Secondary Education from the University of Minnesota Morris, along with an MPP from the Humphrey School of Public Policy at the University of Minnesota.
