Owners & Co-Founders
Ryan C. Fair - Chief Executive Officer
Ryan is the co-founder and CEO for Fair Consulting Group. As CEO, Ryan is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company. With close to 20 years of executive leadership experience, Ryan serves as lead consultant over many areas. A native of Chicago, IL, Ryan holds a BA degree in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota at Morris.
Jennifer Fair - VP & Chief Customer Officer
Jennifer is the co-founder and CCO for Fair Consulting Group. As CCO, Jennifer is primarily responsible for the customer experience, ensuring that both new and existing clients receive top-notch service and follow-through. Other responsibilities include solving customer problems and helping clients to ideate and strategize this issues or problems. A tribal member of the of Bad River Band of Ojibwe, Jennifer holds a BA degree in Sociology, Native American Studies and Social Science Secondary Education from the University of Minnesota at Morris. She also has a MPP degree from the Humphrey Institute of Public Policy at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
